The primary responsibility for maintaining discipline in each vehicle shall lie with the appointed Discipline Head. In case of their absence, the Second Authority will take over the duties and ensure the smooth conduct of discipline-related tasks.

Weekly Responsibilities:
All Discipline Heads are required to submit a report every Monday covering the following points:
• Whether all students in their vehicle followed proper discipline.
• Whether the vehicle was operated at appropriate speed.
• Whether the driver and helper performed their duties responsibly.
• Whether there was any inconvenience or discomfort faced by any student.

These reports must be submitted to the Transport Incharge or designated school authority without fail.
We expect all student leaders to carry out their duties with diligence, sincerity, and leadership spirit.
Note: Any misuse of this responsibility or negligence in duty may result in immediate withdrawal of the assigned role.

NOTICE: MGM Group of Schools Shines at National Taekwondo Championship
We are proud to announce that the students of MGM Group of Schools, Morena have achieved outstanding success at the Taekwondo India National Championship, held in Indore from 11th to 13th July 2025.
This prestigious national-level competition witnessed the participation of state-selected players from across the country, including regions like Puducherry, Haryana, Gujarat, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh. Competing with great enthusiasm and discipline, students showcased exceptional talent and determination.
Among the proud achievers:
Suryansh Sikarwar won the Gold Medal in the 24 kg weight category, bringing great honour to Morena district and the state of Madhya Pradesh.
Pranshu Yadav secured the Silver Medal in the 48 kg weight category.
Tej Pratap Yadav earned the Bronze Medal in the 32 kg weight category.
Varun Chaubey clinched the Bronze Medal in the 26 kg weight category.
Their coach, Mr. Abhinav Sikarwar, expressed immense joy and appreciated the hard work, dedication, and discipline of the students. On this proud occasion, Mrs. Aarzoo Bhadoria, Managing Trustee, and Mr. Ayush Sikarwar, Managing Director of MGM Group of Schools, congratulated all the winners.

The new Academic Session 2026–27 has commenced from 1st April 2026. A Bridge Course will be conducted in all classes to help students smoothly transition into the new syllabus. This course is designed to strengthen foundational concepts, bridge learning gaps, and build confidence among students before the formal curriculum begins.

2nd October 2025 (Thursday) – Gandhi Jayanti
The school will remain closed on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, commemorating the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation. Students are encouraged to remember his teachings of peace, truth, and non-violence.

3rd October 2025 (Friday) – Dussehra
The school will remain closed on the occasion of Dussehra, celebrating the victory of good over evil.

4th – 8th October 2025 (Saturday to Wednesday) – Pachmarhi Educational Tour (Classes V to X)
A four-day educational tour to Pachmarhi has been organised for students of Classes V to X. The trip aims to combine learning with recreation, offering exposure to nature, geography, and historical sites.

7th October 2025 (Tuesday) – Holiday – Valmiki Jayanti

18th October 2025 (Saturday) – Dhanteras & Sweet Donation Camp
A special Sweet Donation Camp will be organised on the occasion of Dhanteras, promoting the value of sharing and caring. Students will participate by donating sweets to underprivileged children as part of MGM’s community outreach initiative.

20th – 21st October 2025 (Monday–Tuesday) – Holiday – Diwali

The school will remain closed on the occasion of Govardhan Pooja.

29th – 30th October 2025 (Wednesday–Thursday) – Monthly Test 
Monthly assessments for all classes will be conducted over two days. Students are advised to revise thoroughly and appear for the exams with sincerity and confidence.

31st October 2025 (Friday) – Result Making Day
A Result Preparation Day is scheduled for teachers to compile and finalise students’ assessment reports.

1st November 2025 (Saturday) – Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM)
A Parent-Teacher Meeting will be organised to discuss students’ academic performance, learning behaviour, and overall progress. Parents are requested to attend the meeting to strengthen the collaborative efforts between school and home for better student development.

1st September 2025 (Monday) – Student Council Elections
Students will elect their Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice Head Boy, Vice Head Girl, and Captains for their respective houses for the academic year 2025–26. This event aims to encourage leadership, responsibility, and active participation among students.

5th September 2025 (Friday) – Holiday – Milad-un-Nabi
The school will remain closed on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi. We extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all students and parents on this auspicious occasion on behalf of the MGM Group of Schools.

6th September 2025 (Saturday) – Teachers’ Day & Ganpati Visarjan
Teachers’ Day will be celebrated with various performances, games, and activities to honour and show respect to all our teachers. On the same day, Ganesh Visarjan will take place along with Annakoot Prasadi distribution for all MGM family members including students, teachers, and supporting staff.

13th September 2025 (Saturday) – Holiday – Second Saturday
All students will have a holiday in observance of the second Saturday. Staff members are requested to report to school as usual.

15th September 2025 (Monday) – Hindi Diwas Celebration
Hindi Diwas will be celebrated to honour our official language. Activities for the day will include a Nibandh Pratiyogita (Essay Competition) for students to encourage creativity and proficiency in Hindi.

20th – 27th September 2025 (Saturday to Saturday) – Terminal Examinations
Terminal examinations for all classes will be conducted during this period. We wish all students the very best and encourage them to prepare diligently and perform with confidence.

27th September 2025 (Friday) – Fire Drill Exercise
A fire drill will be conducted for all students to educate them on proper safety measures and emergency protocols in case of a fire.

12th April – Monthly Meeting of the Discipline Committee
The Discipline Committee of MGM Group of Schools will convene to review and discuss policies ensuring a disciplined and positive learning environment.

14th April – Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti (Special Occasion)
A tribute to the architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Special activities and discussions will be organized to commemorate his invaluable contributions.

18th April – Good Friday (Special Occasion)
A day to observe and reflect on the significance of Good Friday, spreading the message of peace, compassion, and humanity.

I would like to start this message by thanking the parents continuous communication with M.G.M. School weather it was through visiting the school and taking to the administration, phone calls, text messages and emails, by doing so. We were able to fulfill one of the main priorities in our mission statement which is being a home joint School as long with improving the school system to meet the needs of both students and parents. Further more.

I would like to thanks the students for their attendance and their cooperation with the teachers. Since the school year has nearly come to and end.
